Vestrand Bioscience supplies research-grade peptides and reference materials to the laboratory market. Our whole reason to exist is the part most of this category treats as an afterthought: making a compound’s identity and purity checkable — by you, against the testing lab, not just against our word.
Verification-first, by design
A certificate of analysis is the most important trust signal in this market and the one most often reduced to a round number with no way to check it. We built the storefront around the opposite instinct: pair the claim with a measurement, tie the measurement to a lot, and hand you the keys to confirm it independently.
A claim beside a measurement
Every compound carries a purity specification — the claim we make — shown next to the measured value an instrument produced for the lot in hand. Two different kinds of truth, never collapsed into one round number.
A certificate for every lot
Material is identified by a lot number, and each lot has its own certificate of analysis. The document travels with the batch, not the product line — so what you verify is the vial in your hand.
Verification you don't take on faith
When a lot has published results, its page shows the testing lab's task number and case-sensitive unique key and links out to the lab's own portal. A document can be edited; a matching record in a lab's database cannot.
Research-use discipline
These are laboratory reference materials. We describe what a compound is and the fields it is studied in — never an outcome, a therapeutic use, or directions for use.
What we don’t do
- We don't seed reviews, ratings, or testimonials. When customer reviews exist, they'll come only from verified purchases — until then the section is honestly empty.
- We don't publish a measured purity figure until it is real and independently verifiable. An empty result is more honest than a placeholder one.
- We don't attach a lab's name to a result we can't back, and we don't claim certifications we don't hold.
- We don't make therapeutic or outcome claims. These are research reference materials, described as what they are.
